Non-Acceptable Returns

Important Notes on Color and Fabric

Color Variations:
Colors may differ slightly from photos due to:

• Device screen settings and lighting differences.
• Real-life lighting being cooler or warmer than the lighting in our photos.
• Variations in hand-dyed fabric due to the complex dyeing process.

For an accurate color match, we recommend ordering fabric samples before making a purchase.

Fabric Texture and Softness:

• Initial texture may feel rougher but softens significantly after washing and about a week of use.

• When seams are added: If both the height and width of your item exceed 145 cm or 235 cm (based on the fabric width), your product will feature two neatly sewn side seams. These seams are designed with care and do not compromise your comfort.
• For a seamless design: Please refer to the chart below to verify the fabric width for your chosen color before placing your order.
