Acceptable Returns
We accept returns for the following reasons:

✔ Incomplete Orders: Missing items in your order.

Non-Acceptable Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for these reasons:

✘ Wrong Hanging Type or Closure: Ensure the correct selection when ordering.

Important Notes on Color and Fabric
Color Variations:
Colors may differ slightly from photos due to:
- Device screen settings and lighting differences.
- Real-life lighting being cooler or warmer than the lighting in our photos.
- Variations in hand-dyed fabric due to the complex dyeing process.
For an accurate color match, we recommend ordering fabric samples before making a purchase.
Fabric Texture and Softness:
- Initial texture may feel rougher but softens significantly after washing and about a week of use.

We craft our products using two fabric widths: 145 cm and 235 cm, depending on the color you select.
- When seams are added: If both the height and width of your item exceed 145 cm or 235 cm (based on the fabric width), your product will feature two neatly sewn side seams. These seams are designed with care and do not compromise your comfort.
- For a seamless design: Please refer to the chart below to verify the fabric width for your chosen color before placing your order.

Beautiful blanket! I’m going through menopause, and most blankets are simply too warm for me. This blanket it absolutely perfect!! It gives me the extra bit of heat and is also breatheable.

I love this and am happy with my order. Customer service is great, the item's quality is great, it is beautiful. However, I did have to pay an extra $10 after my order for having the ruffle be a different color than the rest, which wasn't stated when I purchased which I am unhappy about. Otherwise - I am happy and might buy again.
Exactly what I wanted with a reasonable price. I love the deep pocket they make for the pillow insert so it won’t slip out of the pillow case…it’s the exact color I wanted, indigo blue to match my bedsheets. Mine was a custom size for 2 big king euro 26x34. I highly recommend to all and I will definitely be shopping here again ☺️

There are seams on a queen size. They are tastefully done, but don't be surprised! Also this is bright pink! Very pretty.
