Processing Time
Each of our items is custom-made and requires 3-6 business days for processing. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods
We ship our parcels from Ukraine to European countries using NovaPoshtaGlobal and UkrPoshta, which transfer the parcel to your local postal service (e.g., USPS, DHL). For other countries, we use UPS, DPD, and DHL. Small parcels are primarily sent via UkrPoshta, except for the USA and Canada. Some products are shipped from our Florida warehouse using UPS or USPS.
Taxes
When ordering from the USA, Australia, and New Zealand, you will not encounter any taxes. For European countries, we generally manage to avoid taxes, but there may be up to a 10% tax in some cases. For other countries, please contact us to understand the customs situation in your region. After placing your order, we will promptly inform you about any potential taxes and their amounts.
