If you encounter a production defect, we offer replacements or refunds within 45 days of delivery. For any questions or assistance, please contact us; we are always here to help!
Replacements and Refunds
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the products are unused, unwashed, and retain their original label and packaging.
We will refund the full purchase price excluding return shipping costs. Please note that we cannot refund additional taxes as they are retained by the government of the country to which the package was sent.
Upon receiving your return at our warehouse, we will notify you and proceed with the replacement or refund. Processing may take several business days from the arrival of your return at the warehouse.
Please keep all invoices for verification of parcel weight or price.
Acceptable returns include:
- Incorrect size received
- Production defects (e.g., holes, faulty closures)
- Wrong item shipped (e.g., sheet instead of duvet cover)
- Incomplete orders (missing items)
- Color discrepancies (e.g., wrong color name)
Returns are not accepted for:
- Dissatisfaction with color preference* (see details below)
- Incorrect size orders (please verify sizes before purchasing)
- Incorrect hanging type or closure ordered
- Doubts about fabric quality** (see details below)
- Non-defective custom orders
- Change of mind about the item
*Please note that actual colors may differ from photos due to:
- Variations in lighting in real life and photography
- Differences in your device's monitor color rendering
- Specific lighting conditions in your space
- Slight variations in hand-dyed fabric colors due to the dyeing process To ensure accurate color choice, please order fabric samples.
Regarding fabric quality:
- The fabric may initially feel thicker or rougher than expected.
- Our linen is of the highest quality, revealing its true softness after washing and about a week of use. Expect initial roughness to diminish over time.
Sending Items to Us
For returns from the USA, we have a warehouse in Florida for your convenience. For all other countries, returns can be sent to our facility in Ukraine. Please use a postal service that provides a tracking number. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us for assistance.
